Terms of Service
These are the rules for using Pawapo ai (the "Service"). Please read them before you start.
Effective September 9, 2026Last updated September 9, 2026
This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any difference between this version and the Japanese original, the Japanese original prevails.
Article 1Purpose
These Terms set out the conditions for using the Service provided by STELLA Inc. ("we" or "us"). Please use the Service after agreeing to these Terms.
Individual rules posted on the Service's screens or guide pages form part of these Terms. If an individual rule conflicts with these Terms, the individual rule prevails.
Article 2Definitions
- "User" means an individual or a corporation that has registered for and uses the Service.
- "Organization" means the unit for contracts and connection keys. Use by an individual is also treated as one organization.
- "Member" means an individual who belongs to an organization and can sign in to the Service.
- "Connection key" means a string used to connect an AI agent to the Service. Its technical name is API key.
- "Deck" means an output that a user creates and saves through the Service, together with its text, structure, versions and edit history.
- "Brand kit" means the settings of each organization, such as colors, logo and spacing.
- "AI agent" means a third-party service, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, that a user connects to the Service and uses.
Article 3Registration
Registration is complete when you apply by the method we specify and we approve the application. We may refuse registration in the following cases.
- When the application contains information that is not true
- When the applicant has violated these Terms in the past
- When we determine that the applicant may fall under Article 10 (Prohibited Conduct)
Article 4Members and roles
An organization's admin can invite members and assign roles (Admin, Editor or Viewer). What a member can do depends on their role.
The acts of a member are deemed to be the acts of that organization. The organization's admin must make sure that members comply with these Terms.
Article 5Managing connection keys
Users manage connection keys at their own responsibility. Any operation performed with a connection key is deemed to be an operation by that organization.
If a connection key has leaked, or may have leaked, disable it immediately from the dashboard. We are not liable for damage caused by a leak, except where we acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
Article 6Fees and payment
The fees, payment methods and payment timing of the Service are as shown on the Pricing page and in the Legal Notice (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions).
Fees are calculated based on the number of people using the organization and the amount created and edited. Opening and viewing decks already created, and showing lists and thumbnails, are not counted toward that amount.
We may revise our fees. When we do, we will give notice on the Service or by email to your registered address at least 30 days in advance.
Article 7Free trial periods
We may offer free trial periods or free allowances. Their details are shown on the Pricing page.
These Terms apply in the same way during free periods. We may change or end free periods and allowances.
Article 8User data
Rights to the data that users enter into or send to the Service, and to the decks created with the Service, belong to the users. We do not acquire these rights.
We handle this data only to the extent necessary to provide and maintain the Service and to respond to failures.
We do not send the content of decks entrusted to us by users to any outside generative AI. Pawapo ai does not use generative AI in its finishing process.
We may use statistical information, processed so that users cannot be identified, to improve the Service.
Article 9Content of outputs
The Service receives text and structure written by an AI agent or a user, and outputs them formatted with the company's brand kit. We do not create the content of the text itself.
Users must check the accuracy of the statements, figures and quotations in the output themselves. We do not guarantee that the content of the text is accurate or lawful, or that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.
Article 10Prohibited conduct
Users must not do any of the following.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy or other rights of third parties
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service, or that place an excessive load on it
- Analyzing, copying or modifying the Service in order to provide a similar service
- Transferring, lending or selling connection keys to third parties
- Unauthorized access, or attempts at unauthorized access
- Any other acts that we reasonably determine to be inappropriate
Article 11Suspension of use and deletion of registration
If a user violates these Terms, or is late in paying fees, we may suspend the user's use of the Service or delete the user's registration without prior notice.
We are not liable for any damage this causes the user, except where we acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
Article 12Cancellation
Users may cancel at any time. To cancel, go to "Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing" in the dashboard. After cancellation, you can keep using the Service until the end of the billing period already paid for, and no further charges will be made.
Users can delete their organization and its data from "Settings → Delete organization" in the dashboard. Only users with the Admin role in that organization can do this. When the organization is deleted, its decks and their versions, comments, brand kits, connection keys and member information are deleted immediately and cannot be restored. If you have a paid plan, your subscription ends when the organization is deleted, and fees for the remaining period are not refunded.
Before deleting your organization, please download the data you need as PDF, PowerPoint or CSV. Usage records and billing records are kept for the period required by law, for billing and to meet legal obligations.
Article 13Changes, interruption and termination of the Service
We may change the content of the Service or end its provision. If we end it, we will give notice at least 30 days in advance.
We may temporarily stop providing the Service without prior notice in the following cases: when equipment maintenance or a response to a failure is needed; when there is a natural disaster or other unavoidable cause; or when an outside service that the Service uses has stopped.
Article 14No warranty
We do not guarantee that the Service fits any particular purpose of the user, that the user will obtain the results they expect, or that no interruptions or defects will occur.
AI agents (such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini) are services provided by third parties, not by us. We are not responsible for their content, availability or fees.
Article 15Limitation of liability
Except where we acted intentionally or with gross negligence, our liability to a user for damages is limited to the total fees the user paid us in the 12 months before the month in which the damage occurred.
We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.
If you use the Service as a consumer, the limits in this Article do not apply to the extent that they are invalid under the Consumer Contract Act.
Article 16Confidentiality
We and users will not disclose to any third party the other party's confidential information learned in connection with the use of the Service without the other party's written consent, except where disclosure is required by law.
Article 17Exclusion of anti-social forces
We and users each represent and warrant that they are not, and will not in the future be, an organized crime group (boryokudan) or any other anti-social force.
If it is found that either party has breached this, the other party may terminate the contract immediately without notice.
Article 18Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. When we do, we will show the changed content and the date on which it takes effect on the Service.
For changes that are disadvantageous to users, we will show them at least 30 days before they take effect. If you use the Service on or after the day we show the changes, you are deemed to have agreed to them.
Article 19Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
If a dispute arises between us and a user regarding the Service, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
