Displayed prices include consumption tax.

If you reach the limit on the number of slides you can create, only the creation of new slides is stopped. **We do not charge extra for usage beyond the limit** (you can keep editing, exporting and viewing as before).

Fees other than the price

Internet connection and communication charges are borne by the customer.

If you pay by bank transfer, bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.

Payment methods

Credit card (Pro and Business plans). Payments are processed through Stripe, and we do not store your card information.

Bank transfer (invoice). Accepted only for the Enterprise plan, based on an individual quote.

Payment timing

Credit card (monthly): charged when you sign up, and then automatically on the same day every month.

Credit card (yearly): one year's fee is charged when you sign up, and then automatically on the same day every year. If you cancel partway through the year, you can keep using the Service until the end of the period already paid for (no prorated refunds).

If you change your plan or billing interval, the difference is prorated and settled at the time of the change.

Bank transfer: we issue an invoice for the current month, to be paid by the end of the following month.

Service delivery

You can use the Service immediately after completing the sign-up procedure.

Decks you create can be downloaded right away as PDF or PowerPoint from the Pawapo ai screens.

Returns and cancellations

You can cancel at any time from "Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing" in the dashboard.

After cancellation, you can keep using the Service until the end of the billing period already paid for. No further charges will be made.

You can delete your organization and its data from "Settings → Delete organization" in the dashboard. Your subscription ends when the organization is deleted, and fees for the remaining period are not refunded.

Due to the nature of the Service, fees for periods already provided cannot be refunded (no prorated refunds).

If you could not use the Service for reasons attributable to us, we will discuss the matter with you and respond individually.

System requirements

The latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge and Firefox.

To connect from an AI agent, you need one that supports MCP, such as Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, Gemini.
