Using your company design for AI-made decks: importing colors and what to check

Pawapo ai can read the colors from a PDF and create a brand kit for your organization. If you use PowerPoint, export the file to PDF first. This does not copy your original slide masters or layouts as they are. It matches your company colors, while the content is laid out again in Pawapo ai's own layouts.

Importing colors is not the same as reproducing a template exactly

  • Reading colors analyzes the deck's pages as images and picks out candidate colors that are used.
  • Colors from photos or illustrations can end up among the candidates, so check whether each one is really an official company color.
  • Slide masters, animations, placement and the original fonts are not carried over as they are.
  • To bring in the text and tables of a deck, use importing your own deck instead of color reading. That doesn't reproduce the look exactly either.

How to create your company brand kit

  1. Prepare a PDF that can be shared within the company. Export PowerPoint files to PDF, and choose pages that show your standard company colors.
  2. Ask your connected AI to "read the colors of this deck and draft a brand kit for our company".
  3. Review the colors it read, remove candidates you don't need (such as colors from photos), and create the brand kit.
  4. Make a sample from the same text and check how the background, text and emphasized parts look.
  5. Tell your team the name of the brand kit to use, and choose the same one from then on.

Example request: "I want to create a brand kit for our company using the colors of this deck. Show me the colors you read first. Once I've checked them, make 3 slides in that brand kit: the challenge, the proposal and the next step."

This is an example request. It does not guarantee how the AI you connect will behave, or that the result will meet your company's brand guidelines.

What to check before company-wide use

  • Do the colors match your official company colors, and can text be told apart from the background?
  • Do the emphasis colors and text still look right in long headings, tables and charts?
  • Have you confirmed the rights to use your logo and the source deck, and what information may be passed to the connected AI?
  • Open both the PDF and the PowerPoint file. Are there any unintended differences in fonts or line breaks?

You can see real output in the sample PDF and the sample PowerPoint file. This sample was made with the built-in color scheme "cobalt"; it is not the result of automatically importing a company deck.

Actual color-reading results

When we ran color reading on page 1 of this sample PDF, the candidates included white (#FFFFFF, 86.13% of the area) and blue (#2B4EE6, 3.49%). The area ratios come from shrinking the image and grouping colors; they are not an automatic judgment of your official company colors. Checked on 2026-09-15.
